Mauritius: Mauritius recently opened its property market to include foreign property investors through the Integrated Resort Scheme allowing foreign buyers to own freehold residential property. This is focused on the high-end of the market, with luxurious leisure property being ever more popular with overseas buyers. Mauritus is a popular choice for leisure buyers as it enjoys a robust tourism economy and excellent value-for-money resorts.
 
Bali:  The property market in Bali saw a recent boom aided by a newly proactive government which is keen to develop the Island’s potential for foreign investors. Overseas buyers are attracted to purchase in Bali due to the beautiful scenery, tropical climate, great shopping and a fantastic social life combined with a deeply Hindu culture.

Philippines:  The Philippines was one of the top 3 growing property markets in Asia in 2006 and continues to grow rapidly. UK investment is high with buyers attracted by the relatively cheap market prices compared with Europe.

Malaysia:  There is an increasing demand from overseas buyers to invest in property in Malaysia due to sustained consumer confidence in the country and low interest rates.
