Our Opinion:
This is a mature and delightful development in a fantastic location. If you are a golfer, this is simply heaven! This very challenging golf course will make you enjoy every trip you will have there. The great thing about this property is the fact that it is a leaseback development, meaning that you are saving 19.6% VAT on the normal purchase price, but also that you have a guaranteed rental income backed up by a well renowned bank, which is a bonus!
Also, the development is completed, so if you are buying now, you can enjoy it tomorrow… and you’ll also have a free access to the Spa for the duration of your lease. We would highly recommend you to invest in this development as it ticks all the boxes; we have visited it, and fell in love with it!
