THE DEAL
You entrust the management and renting of your property by signing a commercial lease for a 9 year period. The commercial lease signed with our management company guarantees that you will receive payment of rentals every three months with a return of 3 to 4.5% of your investment, depending on the formula you choose. Your Investor status allows you to receive a refund of the VAT (taken in charge by the developer). You buy your property at a price excluding VAT (that is 19.6% cheaper!). You can make full use of your apartment or villa, just for a weekend, or for a longer stay – up to a maximum of 5 and a half months (apart from July and August ), depending on the formula you choose.
